SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

 

To submit to this program please provide a complete packet including 5 years currently valued loss runs, nationwide WC supplemental, WC ACORD, and resumes for new ventures (Or less than 3 years in business). This program is available in conjunction with our Primary or Excess.

Please be advised we are unable to quote drillers, lease owners/operators, hydraulic fracturing contractors, trucking/hauling, temporary employment agencies, demolition contractors and Jones Act coverage.
